To make this hot chocolate, you only need 10 minutes, and a couple of ingredients. Nothing fancy!


  • 1 cup milk (use almond milk if looking for healthy option)
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 sachet of collagen powder
  • 1/4 tbsp cinnamon powder
  • Marshmallows or whipped cream for topping


  • Heat the milk
  • Put the hot milk, cocoa powder, collagen, and cinnamon powder into a blender*
  • Blend until smooth
  • Top it up with marshmallows/whipped cream and you are set for the evening

*be careful as hot liquid expands in a blender. Never fill the container till the top and use the blender on low.

  • 1 glass coconut water
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup strawberries (you can also use oranges, watermelon)
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 sachet collagen powder
  • 1/2 banana


  • Blend all the ingredients together until smooth.

Almond butter protein bars (no baking needed!)

Did you know that protein bars are super healthy when they are home-made? No preservatives, no additives, and obviously, fresh!


  • 1 cup creamy almond butter
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 tbsp flax seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup chopped almonds
  • 1 sachet collagen powder


  • Start by whisking almond butter, coconut oil, and vanilla extract in a large bowl
  • Add in cinnamon powder, flax seeds, chia seeds, chopped almonds, and collagen powder
  • Fold the mixture using a rubber spatula
  • Line your baking tray with baking paper and pour the mixture into it
  • Freeze for 2 hours and then cut them accordingly – here you go!

  • Whisk all the ingredients together in a large bowl
  • Heat the pan and grease it with butter
  • Pour the battle onto the pan using a ladle
  • Cook them until golden brown on both sides
  • Top them with maple syrup, strawberries, or blueberry compote
